What are your trading hours?


We are open for fresh selections daily from 9am until 7Pm. Choose your selection to take home.

Cooking is from 11Am until 7Pm daily. Have your selection cooked in-house and enjoy alfresco by the Broadwater or take it elsewhere.




Can I eat there?


Yes, we have ample dining tables outside both undercover or in the open. Tables are waterside and grass side. You can also bring your own picnic blanket or your own fold up table if you prefer.




Is your seafood fresh?


We source our seafood from Australia, New Zealand and local tuna boats. Our fresh seafood arrives daily.
We may at times also be supplied frozen seafood, which will be signed accordingly on display.




Where does your fish come from?


Our 14 species of fillets on display are from Australia or NZ and local.
We also source Bassa from Vietnam and Hoki from New Zealand.




Can I phone for an order?


You can place a phone order, however you must understand that if you are late for collection your order may not be as crisp as it should be. We recommend orders in store so you receive it as freshly cooked as possible.




How do I order for special occasions?


For Christmas, we take orders for seafood from the December 1st, to be collected 24th. You can call the shop and order over the phone or visit us in-store.




Do you have covid safe practices in place?


Yes. We practice safe covid measures. including supplying sanitiser upon entry and check in requests.




Can I order Gluten free


We can do gluten free fish or seafood by grilling. However we do not do gluten free chips. I would like to stress you MUST let us know when wording your seafood if you would like to ensure your selection is gluten free.




What is your fish of the day?


When ordering fish of the day you are given a choice, Bassa which is from Vietnam or Hoki which is from New Zealand. You can also request one or the other as you order.
